Andrew attended the press night after party of ‘After Edward’. You can see images from that in the gallery.

According to Playbill, ‘Angels in America’ in which Andrew played Prior Walter on the West End and Broadway recently, will become an audiobook featuring the Broadway cast.
The full Broadway cast of the 2018 Tony-winning revival of Tony Kushner’s Angels in America: A Gay Fantasia on National Themes will be heard on an upcoming audiobook adaptation—the first time the Pulitzer Prize-winning masterwork will be available in that format.
Penguin Random House Audio will release the recording digitally and on CD May 14, according to Variety.
Andrew gave a new interview for the ‘Independent’ while promoting ‘Under the Silver Lake’. You can check that out here and some highlights below.
Speak to anyone who knows Garfield and they will attest to his passion, his determination to work harder. “I take my job incredibly seriously,” he says, “and I am very strong willed, strongly opinionated, and I love nothing more than being with a filmmaker and people that I trust that I can give myself to.” While shooting The Social Network (2010), for which he was nominated for a Golden Globe, he says he once had a disagreement with its director David Fincher “and David won the argument, because he’s far smarter than me and more brilliant”. “But then on every film,” he adds, “I’m not an easy ride.”

For someone so ebullient, it’s surprising how much Garfield hates fame. Questions about his private life – including his recent relationship with singer Rita Ora – are a no-go, for instance, and he’s not on social media. “Well, not really,” he says. “I have… a confession. On Twitter, I have an account that I use to follow news and certain people. I don’t have an official account or anything like that but I use it because I like to know what’s going on. But it gets so addictive.” Like a voyeur? “Yeah, I suppose. I’m not participating but I’m just kind of watching. People are very funny on it too – like Rob Delaney.”
Andrew attended a couple of Fashion Shows these past weeks. First up was the London Fashion Week, where he attended the Central Saint Martins Fashion Show after party. And secondly there was the Milan Fashion week, where he attended the Gucci show. You can see images from both events over in the gallery.
Since things are quiet at the moment, I decided to add images from the movies the gallery was still missing. So you can see stills, caps, posters and behind the scenes images from ’99 Homes’, the critcially acclaimed ‘Hacksaw Ridge’ (for which Andrew received an Oscar nomination) and ‘Silence’ and ‘Breathe’. So the gallery is as complete and up to date as it can be. Enjoy!
The year is ending, and as the last post of the year, I have added all the short movie related images to the gallery. From ‘Mumbo Jumbo’, Andrew’s first ever film appearance, to Arcade Fire’s ‘We Exist’ music video. So do check them all out.
This year was quite good for Andrew, with ‘Angels In America’ coming to Broadway and him winning a Tony award for his portrayal of Prior Walter. But there was frustrating news as well, with ‘Under the Silver Lake’ being pushed back from June to December and then again to next year. But at least we have something to look forward to with both that movie and Andrew’s new project ‘Mainstream’. So see you all next year.
